@BD2412 The vote closed a while back. --WikiTiki89 13:45, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the decision? bd2412 T 14:16, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
After e/c — it's still listed on the active votes page and no-one has closed it or recorded a decision yet. Actually, we should probably ping a neutral admin like User:Msh210 to do those things... - -sche (discuss) 14:21, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the ping. I saw it at 3:1 for a while and didn't want to decide; now it's newly 4:1,a clear pass, but because the last vote is so new I want to allow others time to weigh in also. I'm extending it one more week.  :-) —msh210 (talk) 20:50, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
How do "votes" work here? Are they numerical, or are they decided by the quality of the arguments?Two kinds of pork (talk) 02:21, 8 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Numerical, but there isn’t an exact percentage AFAIK. — Ungoliant (falai) 03:09, 8 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Pinging User:Msh210 again, or any other uninvolved admin who wants to close this... - -sche (discuss) 19:32, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Am I allowed to close if I abstained? --WikiTiki89 13:51, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Wikitiki89 We do not have any rule against a participant of a vote closing the vote, and I do not remember any common practice thing against it. -sche is the creator of the vote, so he probably does not want to close the vote himself. Of course, having the vote closed by someone who did not participate seems superficially cleanest, yet not participating while being aware of the vote is just a little less explicit form of abstaining. Summed up, I see no hindrance to you (Wikitiki89) closing the vote. --Dan Polansky (talk) 17:50, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, what Dan said. No objection from me to you closing it. - -sche (discuss) 18:10, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Closed. --WikiTiki89 19:27, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Wikitiki89: You should also edit WT:CFI, using the edit summary to link to this vote. --Dan Polansky (talk) 19:49, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Done. --WikiTiki89 14:32, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
