cazzo
See also: cazzò
Italian
Etymology
Of uncertain origin[1][2][3]. One possibility is from a contraction of Latin capitium (“small head”)[4] (cf. also capezzo, capezza), or from Byzantine Greek ακάτιον (akátion, “main mast”).[5]
