Etymology

The term 'chateau' is used in imitation of the many (deprecated template usage) [etyl] French wines named after a château (“castle”), with migraine (“migraine”) added for humorous effect, as it is itself a French loanword and would seem a plausible name for a wine if it were not for its actual meaning.
