clinodiagonal (plural clinodiagonals)

  1. (crystallography) That diagonal or lateral axis in a monoclinic crystal which makes an oblique angle with the vertical axis.


clinodiagonal (not comparable)

  1. Pertaining to, or in the direction of, such a diagonal.
