[edit]- In Sonja Lang's book Toki Pona: The Language of Good (2014), kin is presented as a synonym of a, alongside namako (for sin) and oko (for lukin). The book Toki Pona Dictionary (2021) notes that the community uses these words differently both before as well as after the publication of Toki Pona: The Language of Good.
