From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Ancient Greek ἐναντίος (enantíos, “opposite”) + μορφή (morphḗ, “form”).

enantiomorph (plural enantiomorphs)

1. A mirror image, a form related to another as an object is to its image in a mirror.
2. Either of a pair of crystals that are mirror images of each other, and are optically active.
3. (chemistry) A similar molecule or compound; an enantiomer.
