end user license agreement (plural end user license agreements)

  1. (law, copyright law) A contract between the manufacturer or copyright holder, also commonly called the licensor, of an end product and a person, commonly called the end user, that specifies the licenses under which the end user may utilize the end product, subject to restrictions as specified in the contract or agreement.
