Etymology

From gastro-, from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Ancient Greek γαστήρ (gastḗr, stomach) and -logy, from -λογία (-logía, study of). Gastro- and gastric (meaning related to the stomach) are both derived from the Greek word.
