incompressibility (countable and uncountable, plural incompressibilities)

  1. The quality of being incompressible, of not compressing under pressure
    Water has a high degree of incompressibility.
  2. (physics) The bulk modulus or modulus of incompressibility, measured in either electron volts or dynes per square centimeter.
