Noun

oustee (plural oustees)

  1. (chiefly India) A person who is ousted, especially one who is removed from his place of residence or land to make room for an infrastructure improvement or public works project.

      The state government will consider constitution of a fact finding committee to take up issues of Pong Dam oustees so that relief can be provided to them.
