- The erection again of something that had been dismantled or had fallen down, and possibly moved from a different site.
- 1960 March, “Doric Arch and Great Hall at Euston”, in Railway Magazine, page 148:
- No objection to the removal of the Doric arch and its attendant lodges at Euston station is raised by the London County Council Town Planning Committee—provided that they are re-erected in "an appropriate dignified and open setting." The present site is likely to be needed for the reconstruction of the terminus now under consideration by the London Midland Region of British Railways. The cost of re-erection is stated to be £180,000.
