Mission burrito (plural Mission burritos)

  1. A dish in American cuisine usually consisting of a tortilla wrapped around meat, rice, beans, sour cream, as well as various vegetables and sauces. The Mission burrito is distinguished from a traditional burrito by its larger size and greater diversity of ingredients and is the most common variety of burrito consumed at a typical "burrito restaurant".
