     Kaiken de Koike-shi wa “Kō shita ba wa “kanki no warui mippei kūkan” “ōku no hito ga misshū” “kinkyori de no missetsu shita kaiwa” no mittsu no mitsu ga yori nōkō na katachi de kasanaru basho” to nobe, tōmen no aida, riyō shinai yō motometa.

     During the event Ms. Koike explained, "In such places 'closed space with poor ventilation', 'crowds of many people', and 'close conversation across a short distance' – the 'three Cs' – are likely to occur all together," urging people not to go there at the present time.

     Shi wa chūihō o hiroku shūchi shite, mittsu no mitsu no kaihi ya ōninzū de no enkai no jishuku nado kansen bōshisaku no tettei o aratamete yobikakeru.

     The city will widely disseminate the warning and call for prevention measures such as avoiding the three Cs and forgoing banquets with many guests.

     Gaishutsu no sai wa, tearai, seki echiketto nado no kansen taisaku ya, “mittsu no mitsu” no kaihi o kokorogakemashō.

     When you go out, be sure to remember safety measures such as hand washing and cough etiquette, and avoid the “three Cs”.
