  Kore wa, katsute Nihon Seifu ga kokumin no kenri to jiyū o yokuatsu shi, shinryaku sensō e to tsukisusunda tsūku no hansei ni motozuku mono desu.
  This is based on painful reflection on the way the Japanese government once suppressed the rights and freedoms of its people and plunged into a war of aggression.
