Bulgarian шубра̀к Oghuric, and шу̀ма?[edit]

@Bezimenen Isn’t this шума in Bulgarian, Macedonian and Serbo-Croatian the same as the Bulgarian шубра̀к (šubràk) that you have explained as Turkic? The etymologies dictionaries find the word mysterious, Petar Skok ascribes it to Illyrian-Thracian. Amongst this group with all the other words like gȃj, lȇs, dùbrava, gvȍzd, lȗg, gòra etc. there might an Avar or Bolghar word. Hardly however it is the word for “noise”.
