This is trivially redundant to blow up, sense "To bombard with a large number of telephone calls, texts, etc." Besides "phone", one can blow up someone's "cell", "cell phone", "celly", "iPhone" (in lyrics), etc. (And if you do e.g. a google video search for "blowing up my phone", "blowing up my iphone", you see that the expression is also used with the explosive sense of "blow up".) - -sche (discuss) 01:47, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Agree, because if it is kept one would need to create to blow someone’s celly etc. The page is also orphaned though the page information shows 113 clicks, comparing with the 168 of blow up. Move the quotes to blow up and Delete. Fay Freak (talk) 01:57, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
The answer to that problem is to drop your mobile down the toilet. Or don't have one at all. DonnanZ (talk) 08:58, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
Here requests for cookies blew up someone’s inbox. Drop your inbox down the toilet?  --Lambiam 10:26, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
My stepdaughter managed to drop her mobile down the loo a couple of times - she wasn't amused. DonnanZ (talk) 16:10, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
