Noun: "The sack, licensing." I have no idea what this means. It's got a translation though! Equinox ◑ 12:39, 6 December 2021 (UTC)

I assume "licensing" is a bad translation of e.g. French licenciement (“dismissal from employment”).

I can find uses of "gave me the bounce" to mean "broke up with me" (1890), "sacked me" (2014), not clear (2021). If this noun can't be verified by itself, perhaps we should create give someone the bounce instead. This, that and the other (talk) 23:10, 9 December 2021 (UTC)
