According to Wikipedia this is an agency, our definition says it is an officer. Which is right, or both? --Hekaheka (talk) 09:03, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure it's an officer. The agency itself has the same name, but it would be capitalized as Chengguan. (Note: I have not lived in China. Anyone who knows better, or who has lived there, is welcome to correct me.) --Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 01:34, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
