Russian

[edit]

The Russian for "crouch 3: to bend, or cause to bend" is "сгибаться, склоняться", not "виться". Please make it correct somebody.

You're missing the key part of the definition: "as in humility or fear". --WikiTiki89 18:02, 13 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Could it historically mean "lie down"?

[edit]

Chambers 1908 defines it as "to squat or lie close to the ground". I've never known crouch to mean "lie down". Equinox 02:50, 24 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
