Keep, per lemming. In my experience feather boa is also used generically for boas made of other similar materials, but that may just be misuse. - TheDaveRoss 12:37, 26 July 2022 (UTC)

@AG202: That is often just Onelook not keeping up with the conventions of target sites, if you search for the term on the target dictionary directly it will usually be there. In this case Cambridge has it and Dictionary.com does not. - TheDaveRoss 12:32, 28 July 2022 (UTC)

I don't know the etymology of the term, but I would believe it if someone said it went feather boa -> boa -> fur boa. - TheDaveRoss 14:25, 26 July 2022 (UTC)

It does look like "fur boa" is as old as, or slightly older than "fur boa", and references without qualifiers go back to at least 1827. Chuck Entz (talk) 14:54, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
