I can't find any instances with the hyphen. Most of the instances without are by Malcolm Kushner. Including one of his and one other one, I get:
  • Lua error in Module:quote at line 2950: Parameter 1 is required.
  • Lua error in Module:quote at line 2950: Parameter 1 is required.
