Non-highest-scoring word placed on the board...?

Multiplier squares

Is the multiplier only used once by the first person to put a letter on it? I thought that if you add to a word that's on a multiplier, you get the multiplier again. --WikiTiki89 15:13, 7 February 2014 (UTC)

New rule
