Partial calque of Korean 유진단(楡津端) (Yujindan), from the Revised Romanization of Korean 유진 (yujin) and 단 (dan), from Sino-Korean 楡津端, from 楡 (“elm or elms”), 津 (“ferry”), and 端 (“end; cape”).
