breakfast bar (plural breakfast bars)

  1. A counter in a domestic kitchen at which light meals may be eaten, often seated on stools.

      Depending on the layout, you may be able to partition off the dining area, perhaps with a countertopped unit that doubles as a breakfast bar.
  2. A food, similar to a chocolate bar, made from cereal, fruit etc.
