hoodman (plural hoodmen or (MTE, slang) hoodmans)

  1. (Canada, chiefly Toronto, MTE, slang) A member of a youth subculture group that listens to urban music, wears puffer jackets and sportswear, uses a heavy Toronto accent (with lingo), is typically uneducated, and may be engaged in illegal activities.
