Borrowed from Ancient Greek παιδεραστία (paiderastía, love of boys), from παιδεραστής (paiderastḗs, pederast), from παῖς (paîs, child, son, boy) + ἐραστής (erastḗs, lover), from ἔραμαι (éramai, to lοve).
