(transitive) to kill
(figuratively, colloquial) to kill (to express one’s anger at)
Roztrhal mé nejlepší tričko. Až ho uvidím, tak ho zabiju! ― He's torn my best shirt. When I see him, I'll kill him!
(reflexive with se) to commit suicide, to get killed, to be killed
Zabil se kvůli depresi. ― He committed suicide because of depression.
