   7. (neologism, Internet slang) Indicates speechlessness.

Usage notes

The ellipsis in Chinese is always six dots (unlike English), composed of two Unicode characters (… reduplicated). Its Chinese name is 省略號／省略号 (shěnglüèhào, “omission symbol”).
