The 連用形 (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of verb 吹雪く (fubuku, “to blow violently (said of wind); to blow a snowstorm”).[1][2][3]
The kanji spelling is jukujikun (熟字訓), borrowed from Chinese 吹雪 (chuīxuě).
