Etymology
From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Late Latin (deprecated template usage) abacinātus, perfect passive participle of (deprecated template usage) abacinō; possibly formed from (deprecated template usage) ab + (deprecated template usage) bacīnum or (deprecated template usage) bacīnus. Probably cognate with modern Italian (deprecated template usage) abbacinare.
