Galician

Etymology

From Old Galician and Old Galician-Portuguese anello (13th century, Cantigas de Santa Maria), from Vulgar Latin *anniclu, from Latin anniculus. Cognate with Portuguese anelho, Asturian aneyu and Spanish añejo, añojo.
