from sarri.greek 2017.11.03. Of course i need here lots of help, for it's my first page.
- In the first attempt, the headings-structure: 1 Geek, 1a: Ancient and 1b: Modern was done as an experimental demo for our discussion of the Greek = ancient & modern. I understand it might change because of the general policy concerning greek.
- i'm not sure how to describe the ancient adjective, because i don't know its declension. LSJ and old printed dictionaries do not say anything about declension.
- need declension of ancient greek. I am not sure according to which adjective it is inflected.
- {{R:LSJ}} doesn't work if the POS is absent :(
- i would like a footnote instead of as in Ref#2 at the Etymology.
- my bibliographic records are in my userpages. I presume they must be standardized?
- my English is not adequate for linguistic terms. Don't know if the following are correct:
- 'contruction' as συναίρεσις (actually it is an Αττική συναίρεσις).
- 'abbreviated' as συντεμημένο.

- Modern Greek is just referred to as Greek. We do not group the two languages together. DTLHS (talk) 17:13, 3 November 2017 (UTC)

@Sarri.greek: As to the terms συναίρεσις (synaíresis) and συντεμημένο (syntemiméno), συναίρεσις (synaíresis) is probably "contraction" (though we in English use synaeresis in a more restrictive sense), but I don't know what συντεμημένο (syntemiméno) is.
