Alt form of adjective macrocephalous. That doesn't seem right; the adjectival suffix is -ous. Google Books finds mostly a Latin taxonomic designator, and possibly an English noun ("Lisbon continues to stand out as a macrocephalus amongst the remaining urban centres"). It is an English noun: goo.gl/M94sGT; goo.gl/xSUkRx; goo.gl/g4je8t; goo.gl/o1k8NQ; goo.gl/EAi9qi; goo.gl/ZFJ4yR; goo.gl/KWTfcr; goo.gl/RyDpsE. Wyang (talk) 12:55, 22 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
