One English mention at Google Groups; three uses in other languages (it, ne);Nothing I could find at news.

This was speedy-deleted (not by me), but for the record the definition was "a person between 20 and 29 years of age", for which there already exists the rare term twen and the more common twentysomething. - -sche (discuss) 22:23, 14 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
I have added two cites to the citations page, although one is admittedly really a mention. If we manage to reinstate the term, the definition needs tweaking: it is Australian, and in addition to being in his twenties, a twentager is also still living with his parents (and usually male).
