I think I first heard it in The Simpsons episode "Grade School Confidential" (1997). Bart tells Mrs. Krabappel, "Yeah, Skinner said you wouldn't have the wontons to go through with it." I can't specifically recall any other references before or since, but it was easy to infer its meaning as it was an obvious gender flip of the idiomatic phrase "have the balls," "have the cojones," etc. - Gilgamesh~enwiki (talk) 01:28, 5 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Can't be certain from that. It might just be a euphemism for not having the balls (this phrase can even be used about women), rather than specifically meaning ovary. Even if it does mean ovary in that particular phrase (how would we prove it?), we will need further evidence to show that it means ovary in general. Equinox 18:40, 6 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
I agree. I think in the absence of clear further evidence, one could surmise that it meant testicles even if addressed to a woman. Mihia (talk) 09:46, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
In the third entry here, an Urban Dictionary contributor defines it as “Balls, Cojones, Testosterone”.  --Lambiam 21:21, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Yep my cousin said "YES IT MEANS GIRL PARTS". why the fuck would you waste our time citing UD? Equinox 02:25, 19 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
