Cognate with French quant, Italian quanto, Portuguese quanto, Romanian cât, Ashkun ćī́t, Waigali kiti, Sanskrit कियत् (kíyat), Avestan 𐬗𐬎𐬎𐬀𐬧𐬙 (cuuaṇt).
