From international scientific vocabulary, from New Latin, from natriuresis +‎ -etic = natr- +‎ -i- + uresis + etic; the combining forms are ultimately from New Latin natrium (sodium) +‎ Ancient Greek οὔρησις (oúrēsis, a making water).
