Usage notes[edit]

This verb is limited to expression in the third person.

This verb refers to a melting process that requires heat found in a normal ambient temperature, such as the melting of ice or snow. The melting of iron or glass is described by the verb diłhį́į́h. The verb used for easy melted solids like wax and butter depends on the speaker.
