The sense of “very” with an adjective may also be expressed through the repetition of the adjective twice, eg. ܫܲܡܝܼܪܵܡ ܚܕ݂ܝܼܬ݂ܵܐ ܚܕ݂ܝܼܬ݂ܵܐ ܝܠܵܗ̇šamīrām ḥḏīṯā ḥḏīṯā ìlāhShammiram is very happy (literally, “Shammiram is happy happy”).
