أَبَرَ (ʔabara) I (non-past يَأْبِرُ (yaʔbiru) or يَأْبُرُ (yaʔburu), verbal noun أَبْر (ʔabr) or إِبار (ʔibār) or إِبارة (ʔibāra))

  1. to bite, to sting
    Synonyms: لَسَعَ (lasaʕa), لَدَغَ (ladaḡa)
