Talk:oriental food

There was an extended discussion elsewhere about this term, before it was entered. In some regions, oriental food means any East Asian food. In most other regions, it means only Chinese or Japanese food. Don't know about Canada, nor UK. --Connel MacKenzie 23:50, 16 July 2005 (UTC)

• Could be useful for translations; I don't know. google books:"orientální jídlo" finds close to nothing for the Czech word-for-word translation. --Dan Polansky (talk) 11:40, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
