English adjective: "Of or pertaining to the executive of a particular nation or state." It's just "first" capitalised by its context. Compare the deletion of "New" (Talk:New). Equinox 01:56, 20 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

First is certainly a surname, albeit an uncommon one; (book with "First" author, WikiTree with lots of Firsts). The other arguments seem right to me. Keep surname. - TheDaveRoss 14:14, 21 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
