  1. The profound feeling of joy and comfort that some transgender people and others feel when their internal gender identity aligns with their external gender presentation.
    Antonym: gender dysphoria
    Even though he wasn't out as trans* to anyone yet, he felt a rush of gender euphoria when the waiter called him "sir."
