Compound of 用務 (yōmu, business, a very generic term referring to “what one does to get things done”) +‎ (-in, person belonging to a team or a particular role or responsibility).[1][2][3]

Cited to the 1957 novel and 1959 film 人間 (Ningen no Kabe, The Human Wall) written by 石川達三 (Tatsuzō Ishikawa).
