lounge lizard

I wonder whether these may simply be mistaken uses -- someone heard the phrase and misunderstood what it meant. If so, we shouldn't be perpetuating the misunderstanding. Mihia (talk) 22:13, 19 September 2020 (UTC)

I think the sense is common enough to have a definition. I can't speak for its origin. I doubt the uses are all by people who are unaware of the older definition. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 22:43, 19 September 2020 (UTC)
