Late Latin Pronunciation

The pronunciation here is Late Latin, described in Isidore of Seville's Etymologiæ.

Æ, Ae is pronounced as ay, cape

Di sounds like j, John

Ti sounds like ts, Shiatsu

Qu sounds like k, kick, except behind letter "a" where it sounds kw, quick

V sounds like v, very

Ph is pronounced f, father

Th sounds like t, tiger

C is always k, cat

G is always hard g, God

H is pronounced h, hair

J, I is pronounced Y, yacht
