From 陰陽 (onmyō, onnyō, on'yō, in'yō, yin-yang) +‎ (way).

/omujaudau/ → /oNmjaudau/ → /oNmjɔːdɔː/ → /oNmjoːdoː/ [ommjoːdoː]

The reading for changes to nyō as an instance of renjō (連声). The reading for changes to myō as an instance of renjō (連声).
