Really a dictionary term? I suppose someone is going to argue that it isn't a form of frustration yielding a sexual thrill. Equinox ◑ 23:11, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

- sexual frustration has been here since 2006. What's wrong with the geezer? Keep the b****y lot, providing they are correct. DonnanZ (talk) 19:46, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
- Precision: I nominated the French and English terms only; PseudoSkull added the rest in this edit.
- I don't see how "it's been here since 2006" is an argument. --Per utramque cavernam (talk) 20:06, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
- Probably keep both, but they might just be SoP. SemperBlotto (talk) 06:12, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
- As I have said before, SoP is not always a good reason for deletion. DonnanZ (talk) 10:29, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
- Fair enough, but what's your reason for keeping these? --Per utramque cavernam (talk) 12:22, 22 March 2018 (UTC)

- Seems SoP to me. Note how all the translations are also noun+adj pairings. Also the top of this page says: "One of the reasons for posting an entry or a sense here is that it is a sum of parts, such as 'brown leaf'." Equinox ◑ 10:36, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
- Then it hinges on how important an issue this is globally. I can't help noticing the Chinese entries (not that I can read them). Can it be categorised as an emotion? DonnanZ (talk) 11:54, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete: also seems SoP to me. — SGconlaw (talk) 12:15, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete all as SOP. These entries would probably become PaM magnets anyway, there's no harm in taking away the chew toy before it is noticed.

- I would like to close this, but at the moment I feel it falls short of a consensus for resolution. Additional opinions would likely resolve this situation. bd2412 T 17:26, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
- Delete then: the brevity of the WP article suggests this isn't much more than SoP, and other terms like "career frustration" easily fit the pattern "X frustration" = "being frustrated with [one's] X". (or ex? and insert joke about abstaining) Equinox ◑ 19:58, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
- Abstain: I did appreciate that I could confirm in sexual frustration's definition its meaning, but that does not seem a strong enough card to play. There is some ambiguity: frustration can refer to an emotional state (which is the case in this entry) or it can refer to something being prevented from happening, like plans being frustrated. Now plans for acquisition for certain kind of access can be frustrated, and that can lead to the emotion of frustration, and these are two distinct things, but I am not sure this ambiguity justifies keeping. --Dan Polansky (talk) 08:41, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- On the other hand, I wish this nomination were not made at all, so I would not have to take a stance. Then, whoever wants to look up "sexual frustration" in the dictionary could do so, find an accurate definition and translations, and confirm or disconfirm whatever idea they had of what it is. --Dan Polansky (talk) 08:48, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

redirect to WP... where the article goes to great lengths to note how SOP it is. "Sexual frustration is a sense of dissatisfaction stemming from a discrepancy between a person's desired and achieved sexual activity. It may result from physical, mental, emotional, social, and religious or spiritual barriers. It may also derive from not being satisfied during sex, which may be due to issues such as anorgasmia, anaphrodisia, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation,[1] erectile dysfunction,[2][3] or an incompatibility or discrepancy in libido." >.> Equinox brings up a good comparison, to "career frustration". - -sche (discuss) 09:20, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
