The Kangxi dictionary lists as the unorthodox form (俗字) of 眞. Note, however, that this traditional form 眞, with on top, is rarely used nowadays except in Korea. is more commonly used in both traditional and simplified Chinese scripts as well as Japanese shinjitai.
