By category intersection, I found the following 193 individuals in surname entries: Aaron, Abdon, Abel, Abraham, Abram, Adam, Ahlfors, Alfred, Ali, Amos, Amundsen, Andrew, Asher, Bach, Baldwin, Balfour, Balzac, Barak, Bard, Bartholomew, Beaufort, Beethoven, Bellini, Benjamin, Bentham, Berlusconi, Bhutto, Biden, Boney, Boswell, Boyle, Bozza, Britten, Burns, Byron, Calvin, Camus, Carroll, Cassini, Chamberlain, Chaplin, Chaucer, Chopin, Christ, Christie, Churchill, Cicero, Columbus, Constable, Cromwell, Dabrowski, Dahl, Dalí, Daniel, Darwin, Defoe, Dickens, Disney, Disraeli, Drake, Dryden, Duke, Dumas, Einstein, Elgar, Elizabeth, Emerson, Emmanuel, Enos, Erdoğan, Esau, Ezra, Fermi, Fleming, France, Franco, Franklin, Freud, Gabriel, Gad, Gaddafi, Gainsborough, Galois, Gandhi, Gauguin, Gideon, Gladstone, Goethe, Gorby, Gutenberg, Haig, Hardy, Heine, Hemingway, Hitchcock, Hogarth, Homer, Hooke, Hoover, Ion, Isaac, Israel, James, Jefferson, Jinnah, Joh, John, Julian, Jung, Keats, Kepler, Keynes, Kipling, Kitchener, Lafayette, Laplace, Leah, Lennon, Levi, Lincoln, Liszt, Livingstone, Locke, Lovecraft, Luke, Luther, Madison, Magellan, Malthus, Mao, Mark, Marx, McCartney, Melville, Milton, Mistral, Montgomery, Moses, Mozart, Munch, Nanda, Nathan, Nelson, Newton, Nietzsche, Nixon, Noah, Obama, Palme, Pascal, Paul, Peel, Perez, Peter, Philip, Planck, Poe, Pope, Prince, Raleigh, Raphael, Rasputin, Reagan, Rhodes, Roget, Rousseau, Ruskin, Schiller, Schubert, Schütz, Shakespeare, Shelley, Southey, Spenser, Stalin, Steinbeck, Thackeray, Thatcher, Theron, Trotsky, Trump, Turing, Urban, Voltaire, Walpole, Washington, Wałęsa, Wellington, Wordsworth, Wren, Xi, Zelenskyy, Zola

This is incomplete as not all surnames are categorized as such (Hitler) and not all individuals are categorized as such (Cook before I added it).

Some precedents: Talk:Cook: kept in 2019; Talk:Hitler: kept in 2010; Talk:Gogol: deleted in 2009.

One inclusion criterion for these senses is for "very notable" individuals, recognized by their surname out of context or introduction. And one test of "very notable" is "having another term derived from the specific sense for that individual, e.g. Darwinian for Darwin, Charles and Marxism for Marx, Karl". "very notable" does not mean "Wikipedia-notable". None of this is a voted-on policy. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:26, 20 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
